Units designated for NAHB Certification have been an inspected at the manufacturing facility using an approved NAHB checklist and then are subjected to a "Final Inspection" at the building site per NAHB Green Program requirements. A certificate is issued directly from NAHBRC to the Site Builder after final acceptance at the site by the accredited NAHB Green Verifier.
